We had a Suite so we had plenty of room. The decor was "old world" and very pleasant. The linens were clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. Close to Piazza Maggorie and many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

The location was perfect. The hotel was very elegant. The room (#39) was very large and beautiful. The breakfast was the best that I have seen. The bathroom was very close to perfect. It would have been better if the bathtub were replaced with a walk-in shower.

It’s a wonderful hotel and in the perfect location with a beautiful bedroom and a fabulous bathroom! Many bathrooms in Italy don’t have proper showers so we appreciated this bathroom! Lovely touches like complimentary small bottle of champagne in the room! Really lovely

The location was excellent just close to piazza maggiore. Family run personal service. All the staff were really good, very friendly and helpful. Front desk and breakfast service was perfect. The room was cosy, comfortable and kept very clean. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen. Amenities in the room were good with a powerful hairdryer!
